It emphasizes the process approach and is built upon the four major processes of Management, Product Realization, Support and Quality Management System Management & Control. There is an emphasis on continuous monitoring, measurement and improvement of the system, directed at enhancing the satisfaction of customers by constant review and understanding of customer requirements and a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations. A metric-based Performance Evaluation System is used to collect and analyze data related to the effectiveness of the processes and the quality of our products. The “Plan-Do-Check and Act” model of quality improvement is used in this approach.
