BRAC 2005 impacted bases face a wide range of hardships, difficulties and challenges. To maintain mission support and workforce effectiveness throughout the process, the relocation of personnel and assets (offices, equipment, laboratories, etc.) must be carefully planned and executed, with special emphasis on the mitigation of workforce trauma. Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation, in partnership with ASRC (Arctic Slope Regional Corporation), has formed a BRAC program Support Team comprised of BRAC experienced former government and industry specialists that provide support for the full range of task executions. The ASRC/Navmar team also offers standard and customized BRAC training programs for quick BRAC Transition Team orientation. This training is offered for on-base or off-base presentation.
